Delete your Smart Tailor account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Smart Tailor and sign in with the Google account you used.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Tick the confirmation box, tap Delete, and sign in with Google once more when asked.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (Google account link) for Smart Tailor.
• If you are the shop owner: all of the shop's cloud data (customers, measurements, orders, payments, settings), cloth photos, team links, invites, notification devices and customer order-link pages. Your staff lose access to the shop; their own sign-ins are not deleted.
• If you are staff: only your membership of the shop. The shop's data stays with the owner.

This cannot be undone. Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

What is kept

Small "deleted" markers may stay for up to 180 days so other devices can finish syncing. Anonymous usage statistics (Firebase Analytics) and crash reports are not tied to your shop's records and follow Google's retention for those services.

No access to the app?

Email pks050505@gmail.com from the email address of your Google account with the subject "Delete my Smart Tailor account". We will verify and delete your data and reply once done.

ऐप में: सेटिंग्स → अकाउंट डिलीट → बॉक्स पर टिक करें → डिलीट → Google से दोबारा साइन-इन। मालिक के डिलीट करने पर दुकान का पूरा क्लाउड डेटा, फोटो, टीम लिंक और ऑर्डर-लिंक पेज हट जाते हैं; स्टाफ के डिलीट करने पर सिर्फ़ उसकी सदस्यता हटती है। यह वापस नहीं होता।

ऐप नहीं है तो अपने Google ईमेल से pks050505@gmail.com पर "Delete my Smart Tailor account" लिखकर भेजें।
