Smart Tailor helps tailor shops keep customers, measurements, orders and payments. This page says what data the app handles, where it goes, and how you can delete it. Questions: pks050505@gmail.com.

1. What stays on your phone

Customers (name, mobile number, address), measurements, orders, payments, settings and cloth photos are stored on your device. If you never sign in, they never leave your device.

2. What goes to the cloud, and when

Only if you sign in with Google and turn on backup / sync / team features. Data is then stored in Google Firebase services located in the EU (Firestore multi-region eur3, Cloud Storage EU, Cloud Functions europe-west1), under your own shop folder.

3. Customer order link (optional)

When you send an order update on WhatsApp, the message contains a private link. A page behind that link shows the shop name and phone, order number, status, delivery date, garment types with their status, and total / paid / balance. It does not show the customer's name or phone number, notes, rack, or staff names. Anyone who has the link can see it, so send it only to your customer. The page is deleted 14 days after the order is delivered or cancelled, and in any case 120 days after its last change.

4. Analytics and crash reports

The app uses Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring (Google) to count how features are used (for example: an order was created, the type of garment, a price range, the app language) and to find crashes and slow screens. Performance Monitoring measures how long the app takes to start, to save an order, to load the dashboard and to sync, plus the speed of its network requests, together with the phone model, Android version, app version and country. Names, phone numbers, addresses and email addresses are filtered out of analytics events. The app uses Firebase App Check (Google Play Integrity) to block fake copies of the app.

7. Deleting your data

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your sign-in and your shop's cloud data (records, photos, team links, invites, devices and order-link pages) and cannot be undone. Staff who delete their account only leave the shop; the shop's data stays. You can also ask us by email, or follow the delete-account page. Data kept only on a phone is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

Small markers that record "this item was deleted" are kept for up to 180 days so that other phones of yours can sync the deletion; they hold no personal details beyond an internal id.

8. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Only you and the members you invite can read your shop's cloud data (enforced by Firebase security rules). Private cloth photos are never public.

Smart Tailor is meant for shop owners and staff. It is not directed at children.
